Aluminium Gutter (Painted Aluminum Roll)
Aluminium gutter , as its name suggests , is the product after
coloring the surface coating of aluminum plate or aluminum roll ,
mainly divided into PVDF(fluorine-carbon) aluminium gutter ,
PE(polyester) aluminium gutter .
Application
Aluminium gutter is widely used in the roofing and cladding system
, ceiling system , curtain wall plate , shutter , gutter ,
composite panel , honeycomb panel , advertising sign , home
appliances board and embossed aluminum coil.
PVDF Coating
PVDF coating mainly refers to a vinylidene fluoride homopolymer or
a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and other small amount of
fluorine-containing vinyl monomer. The chemical structure is stable
and firm, and the physical properties of the fluorocarbon coating
make the PVDF coated aluminum coil better wear resistance, impact
resistance, fading resistance, and UV resistance.
PE ( polyester ) Coating
High molecular polymer as monomer and addition of alkyd , is an UV
- resistant coating . It can be classified matt and glossy
according to coating gloss . The compact molecule structure , makes
paint surface luster and smooth ,which assure good printing on the panel surface.With an warranty of 8-10 years
for weather resistance,it is specially applied for internal
decoration and sign board.
1060 aluminum coil has the characteristics of flat surface,high
cleanliness, suitable for polymer welding, and product
elongation,tensile strength,fully able to meet the conventional
processing requirements(punching, drawing)high formability, is
widely used in soft batteries Connections, aluminum-plastic panels,
lamps, signs, and other fields.
3003 aluminum coil is AL-Mn alloy,which is the most widely used
rust-proof aluminum and can not be strengthened by heat
treatment.Therefore,it adopts cold processing method to improve its
mechanical properties;in the annealed state,it has high plasticity
and is semi-cold-hardened When the plasticity is still good,cold
work hardening low plasticity,good corrosion resistance,good
weldability,poor cutting performance.
The 5052 aluminum coil belongs to the Al-Mg series alloy and has a wide
range of applications and is the most promising aluminum alloy Good
corrosion resistance,excellent weldability,good cold workability,
and moderate strength 5052 alloy aluminum coil has high strength,
especially high fatigue strength,high plasticity and corrosion
resistance,good weldability, poor cutting performance, and can be
polished.

Packing details :
- l Normally , for Color Coated aluminium , 20MT can be loaded into
20 foot container , we suggest to use 20 foot container , the sea
freight rate is much cheaper than 40 foot container .
- l the packing is very strong , which has 3 lays , thick fiber ,
foam , plastic , enough drying agent ,suitable for long distance
sea transportation.
- l We use wooden pallet and steel pallet according to customer
request ;
- l Wooden boxes will be used in the outside packing .
- l We have fixing in the container to avoid any damage during the
transportation .
- l 24 wooden boxes in one 20ft container .
